Bertha Eleanor Feasel, 94, of Tiffin, died at 1:20 p.m., Monday, March 4, 2013 at the Volunteers of America Autumnwood Care Center in Tiffin.

Bertha was born July 26, 1918, in Cuyahoga Falls, to the late John Frederick and Mabel (Huffman) Woessner. She married Harry Sherman Feasel in Napoleon on February 17, 1940 and he preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children, Rose Tyree of Kentucky, Donald Feasel of Lancaster, Phyllis Banks, Marsha Cornett, Diana Holman, all of Tiffin, Mark Feasel of Lima, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Bertha worked at the South Washington Street Nursing Home and Gaietto's Bar in Sycamore.

Bertha was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a daughter, Janice Carr, three brothers and four sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 8, 2013 at the Engle-Shook Funeral Home and Crematory in Tiffin. Visitation will also be held on Friday, from 9:30-11:00 a.m., at the funeral home. Burial will follow the services on Friday, at Liberty Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
